Overview:

Just when Gao defeats Duel Sieger "Spartand", Genma evolves it into its ultimate form: Duel Sieger "Tempest Enforcer". After attacking Gao with "Tempest Enforcer" three times, Genma reveals that he was once friends with Gao's brother Yota. They met while in the hospital where a young Genma became interested in Yota's comics about the "Mighty Sun Fighter".
